Apple Tree Yard

I was Hair and Makeup Supervisor for this amazing TV series, shot on location in London.

I looked after the main characters, Emily and Ben. Emily was a particularly interesting character to look after as we really got a chance to tell her story through the hair and makeup. She went from making a huge effort as she was having an affair, to being assaulted, to being put in prison, so there was a huge variety in her looks. I had to devise a way to tell the story with multiple changes, very quickly because we had multiple changes throughout the day and had to jump backwards and forwards between looks.
